20TH C. SCROLL PAINTING - AUTUMN RIVER LANDSCAPE

This painting also hung in my house for a number of years.  I still have the original tags (come with painting), which read as follows:

"Hanging scroll, ink and color on paper.  Dated gui wei, 1943, ninth month.  Entitled and signed Zhuang Yuanfu and with one seal, Yuan Fu.  28 1/4 x 12 1/2 inches.    (original price) $1200" The scroll itself measures 18" x 63".  I am unable to find this painter on the English search engines, but he may be searchable on the Chinese ones.  He clearly is a master of subtle delicate color (even nicer in person) and fine detail.
