19TH C. NEPALESE PRINTING BLOCK(?)  VOTIVE(?)

As with the other blocks listed here, I now believe that this is Nepalese.  I am pretty certain that it is a votive plaque. It has a very old patina on both sides, and I believe  that this one is as old as described.  It stands 11 inches high and 8 inches wide with what I believe are astrological symbols on it. Without understanding it, I nevertheless thought it was extraordinarily attractive - as a stand alone piece, on a stand, or on a wall.
