15TH - 17TH C. CHIANGSAEN BUDDHA

This small buddha is a rare find - I really do not run into Thai buddhas that have legitimate age any more.  He has classic style, and a patina that is deeply embedded with cuprite.  This is a collector's piece.  He has great dignity and obvious  age.  He stands 7.5 inches high, and would make a wonderful altar buddha, or bookcase/desk piece.  Thai buddhas are much more expensive than Laotian ones, because of the number of serious Thai buddha collectors.  Condition is excellent.
